It all begins with a dream…literally. When I was young my dream job was to be a chef on a cruise ship to travel the world and cook. Well…I´ve done the apprenticeship to a chef but never worked in the job. So I left Germany in my late 20s and moved to Spain to work and live there. I met amazing people and made great friends. Friends like those become your second family in your new home, especially when your own family lives far away.
